Yes! Layouts, finishes, and certain fixtures can be modified to suit your preferences. Each order includes a design confirmation step before manufacturing begins.

Each pod is a standard size with modular increments possible. They can be coupled together in various configurations to create larger spaces. Modules can be added horizontally or vertically, adapting to changing family or business needs.

Furnishing is optional. We offer a range of add-ons including kitchen appliances, beds, air conditioning, and more.

Our typical lead time is 12–14 weeks from confirmed order to delivery. This includes manufacturing, quality checks, and logistics.

No on-site assembly is required. Pods are delivered as fully built, finished units. Only connection to mains and base installation are needed upon delivery. Installation of pergolas and any additional interlinked pods will be carried out by our team as part of the delivery and setup process.

A level concrete slab or raised base is required for installation. We provide clear site preparation guidelines to assist your contractor.

Transport is quoted separately based on your delivery location. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

The 5.8m model is designed to fit efficiently into a 40ft High Cube shipping container. Each container can accommodate two pods, making this the most cost-effective shipping option. If only one unit is ordered, you would still be responsible for the full cost of the container, significantly increasing the overall price. To keep pricing affordable and fair, we recommend ordering in pairs or in combination with other units to maximize container space.

Yes. Our pods come equipped with internal plumbing and wiring, ready for connection to your on-site mains.

No, connections to mains services are not included. These must be arranged by the client using local contractors.

Yes, in most cases. Although our pods are classified as movable structures, we strongly recommend consulting your local municipality to confirm what is required in your area. We provide technical drawings to assist with the application process. Please note that a Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be obtained by you after installation.

Standard payment terms are 100% upfront upon order confirmation. A signed-off design drawing is required before production begins.
