Can the pods be customised?
Yes. Layouts, finishes and certain fixtures can be modified to suit your preferences.
How long does it take to receive my pod?
Typical lead time is 12 to 14 weeks from confirmed order to delivery, including manufacturing, quality checks and logistics.
Is assembly required on site?
Pods are delivered as fully built, finished units. Zenzele handles delivery and offload, then assists with the final placement on site.
What foundation is required?
Your site needs a suitable, level foundation or base prepared before the pod arrives. The exact foundation solution should be confirmed for your site and unit.
Who handles the site services and COCs?
The client is responsible for the site preparation, required COCs and service connections unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Is transport included?
Transport is quoted separately based on the delivery location, with delivery available across South Africa.
Do the pods require municipal plan approval?
Requirements can vary by municipality and site. Clients should confirm the applicable approvals with their local municipality.
Are financing options available?
Yes. Zenzele offers financing options for qualifying individuals and businesses, subject to approval.
Do I need a deposit?
In most cases a deposit is required, with the balance handled according to the agreed payment or financing terms.
